Graphical Displays     
The advantage to TSI's software is the use of graphical displays in the creation of the schedules. Visual representation of the flights makes it easier to manage hundreds of flights over multiple gates. Having a look at the scheduler quickly allows the user to see what gate is currently over loaded or has a vacancy. Each carrier is sorted with a unique user defined color, the flight number (listed below the flight) and the flight also spans the time based on boarding or un-boarding times.

Arrivals and departures are also distinguished by the accents on the front or rear of each record. The gird that the flights are sorted on can be expanded or shrunk and the time may be scaled down to minutes for extra precision.

Fantasy and Reality Schedules:        
Multiple schedules may be created using the Gate Management software. Reality Schedules - Reality schedules allow the real time modification of flights currently in the database. Changes to any flight are instantly reflected on the displays and gates throughout the airport. Fantasy Schedules - Fantasy schedules allow the airport to create an advanced schedule that will not directly affect the operating flights of the airport. A number of different schedules may be created including seasonal or for future expansion.

Databases:        
With the Gate Management option, you are able to quickly add carriers, gates, flights etc, at any time. It includes the ability to quickly edit the following databases:

            Flights
            Airplane Types
            Gates
            Holdrooms
            Carriers
